How do I connect Jawbone UP with Microsoft Health?

Jawbone UP and Microsoft Health

I notice on the Microsoft Health homepage that Jawbone and the Jawbone UP app are both featured. But there is little explanation of exactly how those two things connect with Microsoft health. I assume that the idea is that you can pair your Jawbone tracker with the Microsoft Health app but I am just guessing. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or do we think this is one of the future features of the platform? Thanks in advance.

I have both Jawbone UP24 and FitBit. Neither Fitbit nor Jawbone connects with Microsoft Health. Or at least I couldn't figure out how to do that...
