Whichever name I call from my People list, why does the phone always dial the 2345 Creditline number?

Whichever name I call from my People list the phone always dials the 2345 Creditline number.

Why is this? I do not have Call Forwarding enabled and I have ?21 of pay-as-you-go credit. This has started happening today 7th January 2015.
