Can I fix the pix-elation when I watch movies on my Surface Pro 3?

surface pro 3 streaming quality problem

I have a surface pro 3 that I am really happy with, but have a problem when streaming videp/tv. The Picture quality is awesome but when you have dark scenes in fx a movie, the darker areas become very pixelated. Can anything be done about this?

To be honest from my experience this has happened on loads of devices. To make sure it is a internet problem download a film clip on the surface then watch it. It shouldn't happen. But with the pixels in dark settings.... It happens to all devices
