Why am I getting the error code 80070490 when I try to download anything?

i faced error code 80070490

when i download any thing from my lumia 630 so it can not download it faced me a problem the error code which is 80070490 how i can sove it please help me about it

I would advise you to check if your Microsoft account is well synced in Settings> Emails+ Accounts. If not, press and hold it and tap on "sync".
Please also make sure that the date and time are correct in the settings.
