When on bluetooth handsfree (Parrot CK3100), why do inbound text messages activate speech dialout?

When on bluetooth handsfree (Parrot CK3100), an inbound text msg, activate speech dialout

Hi
I have 2 Lumia Phones (Nokia925 and 920) runing CYAN update, and I have this odd problem.
Everytime I receive a text message (sms), the phone activates speech dialout.
this is quite anoying, is there an option which could disable this behavour ?

Voice calls in and out are working correctly, and my Parrot CK3100 are updated to ver 5.0 (newest).

Change it under speech settings.
