Why won't my Nokia Lumia 625 turn back on?

My phone ran out of battery yesterday evening and I have been charging it for over 12 hours. When I plug in the charger (yes, it is the factory charger) the phone vibrates and when I hold down the power button and let go, the phone vibrates. However, when my phone is not plugged in to the charger, it doesn't vibrate when I hold down the power button.

Hold the power + volume down buttons until it vibrates.

If your 625 still will not switch on try another charger. Maybe the factory charger has a problem. If this also fails see below link how to use the lumia software recovery tool.
