L830 keeps restarting by itself

My L830 keeps restarting by itself while I'm in the middle of using it. I haven't had this phone for very long but the problem started recently. I'm not running heavy duty apps and I always delete my background apps when I close them, so what could be happening? Also, when I try to shut my phone off completely, it keeps restarting by itself as well.
