Lumia 820 Can't wake up sometimes
I'm using lumia 820 with 8.1 Lumia Cyan
i got this phone 5 days ago. my build id is 3051.50009.1424.10362
my phone works good. but some times when i lock , it cant wake up. capacitive button lights are working but screen is not comes. but i can shut down phone with pushing pwr button long and sliding down.
why is this happens ? . sometimes it gives random color patterns. im sure it is not hardware problem. but it cant wake up. it happened when i update to 8.1 from 8. and when i activated glance screen , glance screen works after i locked phone . but after unlock screen doesnt comes.
look for what i tried (still doesnt fixed)
-soft reset
-hard reset
-reinstalled rom with Lumia Software Recovery Tool
-removed micro sd card
and i am not using sim card ( it is not micro. i need time to cut it )
help me pls. i love this phone so much . but this problem makes me sad
