why won't my phone synchronise my e-mails

I have loads of memory left but when I try to synchronise my e-mails it comes up with an error saying I have no storage left.

As with all devices I would suggest doing a soft reset first to see if it fixes the problem, often times it does (hold volume down and power button until phone turns off then it will reboot). Hope this fixes it.

Just a quick tidbit
When deleting emails with the baked in email app
You should know that it wont send it to trash on the other end of the email, but to a folder called 'Deleted Items'
Could be you've deleted so many emails (that were then sent to this folder instead of 'Junk' or 'Trash')
That it capped out your online storage for the email you are using.

So unless it is Outlook, select the emails and move them to Trash/Junk then sync
Then youre good to go
