How do I get my caller ID working again?

name announce on incoming calls quit working

before I up graded the phone, when someone would call, my phone would say " your wife is calling" for example. Now it just rings, or plays a ringtone if one is assigned. I like the name option. Can I get it back?

Check in setting-> Ease Of access -> Speech for phone accessibility -> On/Off.
