My Lumia 610 restarts whenever locked

What shall I do? My Lumia 610 restarts whenever it is locked. Whenever I connect it to laptop, it says that the phone could not be opened because it is malfunctioning. Please help me. Thank you. It also charges slowly that will take 4 hours to full the battery.
