suddenly my mobile hanged and start vibration.then i switched it off.after switc it did not restart.

i have nokia lumia 720.five days ago i opened it.i bought it pin pack mean it is first hand but today it create a big problems.suddenly my mobile hanged,i tried for tap but not taped,three to four times i tried but not taped.then i tried to switch but not switched,then pressed the switch button for some time and it become switched off and then after switching it did not start.i tried several time but did not restart.when it got hang,it have 80% charge. now what i do? someone import me from saudi arabia.is it have international warranty? can nokia care will replace it?

Try the following:
1- remove the SD card
2- soft reset: Click and hold power and volume down keys for 10 seconds, you'll lose nothing.
3- if that didn't help, you may try hard reset.
