I tried to email someone andd straight away got this email with the subject as Delivery Status Notification (Failure).

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

I sent it from outlook and have no problems sending/receiving other mail.

Any help would be great. Thank you

This normally just means that there's no such email address. Are you sure the one you were trying to send to actually exists? No typos or something?
