I cannot hear my callers whether I call out or they call in. Suggestions?

It worked last night but not today. I have a nokia windows phone.

Either you've got the volume down (press the top button on right side of phone to turn up) or I would believe a faulty speaker.
If the later is the case, you'll need to contact Nokia/MS Support.
