On my Lumia 930, why does it have all my downloads stuck on pending?

On my lumia 930, it has started to have all downloads stuck on pending

I have owned my pone for a month now, everything has been working fine with apps etc. however now whenever I try to download or update any app the download just shows pending and never downloads. Any helpful solutions?

Try soft reset (power + volume down). I fixed similar problem on 925 last night

Did you try turning off automatic date & time update? That's Settings > date+time

this is an issue i had with my 920 on random apps between mid December and last week..... it just started working again. no clue what caused it or why, but only specific apps.
