Does anyone know how to get a Fitbit Charge to Sync with their Surface Pro 2 or 3.
My husband and I can't get our Charges to sync on either device. We've tried downloading the software for windows from the Fitbit website. It says it can't run on our devices. We've downloaded the Fitbit App from the windows store. When I put the Dongle into our device(s) and hit "start syncing" I get an error message saying the "Fitbit station is disconnected". At one point, I received the message "in order to sync, please go to the Charms bar, choose Settings, then Permissions, and enable permissions for Fitbit Base Station and Sync." I did all of these things, and it still doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas.....or is this just another thing that Windows 8 and/or Surface just falls short?
