Why am I receiving the same text message a number of times?

The same text message received a number of times

I receive multiple text messages of the same message. This can be over several hours. The most recent has been 4 repeats over 10 minutes I note the repeated messages are often the first in a day and are usually short messages around 6 to 8 words. The phone has been tested twice by warranty repair people who can find nothing, SIM card has been changed, updated with latest and still the problem persists. The repeat messages are not from the same sender.

Do you notice if it does it with low signal or does it even do it with all bars too?

Are they from the same contact.

Turn group ssettings on under messaging options and see if that helps.
