Why has my Lumia 735 stopped syncing to my Outlook app (error 85002012)?

Lumia 735 stopped syncing to outlook app - error 85002012

I've had the phone for a few weeks and it has been working well.
Today though, it has stopped syncing to the outlook app, on WiFi & data.
Using my phone, I was able to access my email (...@live.com.au) via the outlook webpage. My outlook primary account settings on the phone all appear OK.
The rest of the phone functions & apps all appear to be working fine.

Check settings/accounts. Perhaps update time is Never. Or perhaps an error is shown.
