play ringtone on phone speakers when headphones are plugged in (lumia 535)

i just wanted to know as to how to make the ringtone play on the phone speaker when the headphones are plugged in.
when the headphones are plugged in the ringtone plays on the headphones only and not the speakers.
many times when the headphones are plugged into the phone they are not always put in the ear. i remove them from the ears once i am thru with the call. i tend to miss many calls as i can not know when the phone was ringing.
is there a setting or a method i can get the ringtone to play on the phone speaker or i can select where to play the ringtone (headphone or speaker)

No sorry this is not possible but you could enable vibration if you get a call or SMS.
