Why is it saying can't send a message?

Why is it saying can't send message. try again.

I've got full signal why isn't the message sending?

Please help it's a new phone

If you could send sms messages before than there probably be a temporally problem with the carrier so try again later.
If you never could send SMS messages contact your carrier/provider or check the website of the carrier how to enable SMS settings on your phone.

Also, if it was working before, might just need to toggle airplane mode on then off again... Or maybe a quick phone restart.

I think I got that message once before when I was traveling ( switching towers a lot) and airplane mode reset my connection.
