Why do uninstalled apps self install again on Lumia 630?

As of now I have already several times uninstalled apps I don't use on my Lumia 630 Dual Sim. However whenever I'm connecting to a wi-fi net, those apps just simply self-install themselves and appear again in my apps. E.g. Skype or Facebook. How can I get rid of them for good without them appearing again and again?

try opening the store, then settings and disable "update apps automatically"
