Why is my Windows store on my Win 8.1 stuck?

windows store on win 8.1 is stuck

on mine windows 8.1 tablet (toshiba) i can not access windows store anymore. tried different things but nothing helped.

Sorry but this is not enough information to help you. What did you already do? Did you get a failure code and which one. Is the data a time correct?
