Netflix not working Lumia 635?

I just bought a new Lumia 635 and Netflix doesn't work some sort of video issue. I called and Netflix said Microsoft will have to send them some newer software. Is that possible and is this happening to anyone else?

I am not aware about the 635, but the 730-5 and the 830 have that issue. I am on the 830 myself and Netflix hasn't work since their last update on Dec 15. It was working fine before that.

Working on both a 635 and 925 here with the latest update wi-fi and data.

Nope error says Windows can't play protected video and then a long error message code.

So what can be done? Can I get an older version that works?

How many devices are authorized to play with your Netflix account?

Netflix has an on-line chat for customers having problems if you have a desktop PC available.

Device limit is ok. I guess ill try the chat function over calling. When I called they said it was MS fault. I don't have any trouble using my iPad or iPhone.
