Problem with bookmarks, history IE

After reset, my IE bookmarks, Tabs and history won't sync with my account (IE desktop) on Lumia icon with 8.1. Anyo,e help me ?

Are you using the same account on your phone and desktop? And if so, have you enabled sync in the settings? The sync settings cover a couple of things, one of them is the synchronization of IE.

not familiar w Windows8 desktop, but ...

DO you have to turn Sync my Settings ON for both devices?
What was reset, phone? Hard or Soft (or Factory) reset?
Default values of (certain) settings could be the cause ...
