How to upload files(.wav) to Onedrive when it is above 100 MB??

Hello! I purchased Nokia Lumia 530 few months back. I have installed Voice Recorder Pro+ app for recording Audio. As far as I know that, Windows phone doesn't provide direct option to save file to Phone memory or SD card, the only option is to save Audio in that particular app and then upload it to Onedrive, but now the problem is that it records High quality Audio in .wav format and if that file is above 100 MB then the App is unable to upload that to Onedrive. Now, what is the Solution??
