Why does my Viber Conversation history get emptied when I exit the app each time?

My Viber Conversation history get empty when I exit the app each time

When I exit Viber app each time, and then enter it again, my conversation history will show nothing at all. If I receive a new message from someone, I can see our previous conversations. But for groups I can not send them anything until the send me something new, and I can access the conversations again, and this is seriously annoying!
