Any way of blocking unwanted calls?

don't recomend SMS+CALL filter (it's exclusive from nokia) wont work in BLU Win HD

Then besides turning off your phone and burning the sim card or hunting down the caller there is no way to do so. By default apps are unable to block calls. They don't have access.

But it really surprises me that the call/sms filter isn't available. I take you checked settings already for the call block option?
