Why aren't the groups I am part up showing up on my Facebook news feed?

Facebook news feed question

I have a nokia lumia 635, when I'm on facebook, all groups that I'm in do not show up in my news feed, only when a friend posts. I have checked all settings and all seem correct. wondered if this is an easy fix. I never had a windows phone before. Everything else shows up, friends, liked pages just no groups. I have to search the group individually to read members posts. Any help is appreciated

Groups post don't appear in my timeline either, I guess that's happening on purpose. But you don't have to search for the groups individually, you just have to tap the burger button (these three lines in the upper right) and pick the group you want to check.
