When will WP 8.1 support BT 4.0 HID over GATT?

BT 4.0 HID over GATT

Hi Any devs know when WP8.1 and W8.1 will support BT 4.0 HID-over-GATT?

With Microsoft strongly focusing on Windows 10 across all platforms, I doubt anything like that will come to WP 8.1. If it's gonna come to W10 is not known yet. Perhaps todays big event will shed some light, though I doubt it.
