[L1020] Camera has a very long load up time?

It takes about 5 seconds from the time I push the side button for the camera to be ready. Also it takes so long before I can take another picture.

The Snapdragon S4 in the 1020 is simply not capable of doing it any faster. The 38mp sizes is really overkill for that processor.
Its a very common issue for all 1020 users and something u won't find in the newer 1520 and 930 phones especially with the recent update to lumia camera 5.

App load time has nothing to do with MP it loads slow in 520,720, 820 & 920 too.
Its just coz of MS being lazy that they didnt update lumia camera 5.0 for older devices.

Yes when i had my 1020 was proshot quick so that's it's no excuse. But I am on a 1520.

Well I wasn't referring to app load times. I was referring the part were he said there is a long wait to take a shot after taking the first shot.
