Browser tab sync not working

Hello,
I would like to sync my IE settings/tabs across Windows Phone and Windows. On Windows, I can see a list of other devices in the tab section, but not on my phone. I have sync setup etc.
Is there a way to reset and try again?

In IE on Windows Phone, there are two screens - phone and others. You don't see any sites in the others screen. Is it correct?

Check your Microsoft Account is synchronized. If not, set a correct time on your phone.

Its suddenly all working. Weird.
