Error 80073cf9 when installing Twitter

Since the latest Twitter update I can't install it. It throws the stupid error. Everything else installs no problem except twitter! Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

What is your default location for installing apps. Is it a SD card or internal memory. If it is sd card please change it to internal memory.

I'm running latest Preview for Developers version on my Lumia 625. Tried changing install location form SD to Phone and still not downloading...

Did you already try to uninstall and install?
If not and you still have the problem.
Do a soft reset and try downloading again. (After soft reset check if date and time are correct)
Or login with your phone account on www.windowsphone.com and try to push the app from there to your phone.
But check on your phone if under SETTINGS > FIND MY PHONE > push notifications are enabled.

Done all that, still wont install, the error code changed from 80073cf9 to 80073cf0... Wtf is going on???

Just checked if it installs for my boyfriend, he has the same phone and same network and it installed no problem... I hate twitter! I'm doing a hard reset!!!

It's fine. I did a hard reset and everything works fine... The phone needed it anyway.
