Why are my notifications ones that I've already seen on my Windows Central app?

notification problem of windows central app.

since yesterday the windows central application is irritating. it keeps on notifying me about the news that i already had seen and read. i soft reset my phone and even re-installed the app but nothing happens.
first the live tile notification disappears but after few moments it re-appears.

help please.

Same problem for me since today!! Reinstalled the app to no avail. Still showing the news that I have already read as unread.

Well that also happens to me and its quite annoying... Because I'm hoping for more news but its the same.

That means its not only me... It feels lil awkward complaining of windows central app on its own site...
I think its problem with app itself
