How can i reboot my Lumia 620, it keeps on telling me to reboot

Am having a problem with my lumia 620 on whats up. its always saying whats-up has detected a problem please reboot your phone and i cant seem to find where i can find the rebooting button. Its worrying me because am getting my chats very late
