i have a nokia lumia 1520 and people can only hear me when i'm on speaker, why is this happening?

if I call somebody when they answer they can't hear me at all but if I put my nokia lumia 1520 on speaker mode they can hear me

If a soft reset or a hard reset or the use of the Lumia software recovery tool does not solve it. Than you have a problem with the phone call microphone and you have to send it for repair.
