How Can I get Cortana in my Microsoft Lumia 535 dual sim phone?

I had Cortana feature available when I bought it but then I had a software update from the customer care in my country (Bangladesh) and after that Cortana wasn't available anymore. They said it isn't available in Bangladesh yet. But I have reset the Region settings to United States and after restarting the phone, got Cortana again !! Now, id I change region settings to Bangladesh again, will I lose it? Or, if I keep US as my region settings, will there be any problem as to availing all the features (i.e. internet settings or downloads) in my phone ??

The only trouble u face keeping US as region is if u want to buy apps from store.
Free downloads are not an issue but paid downloads can't be done.
