How I can upgrade or delete "other" part from my HTC 8S phone.I have only 10MB free

On my phone memory now I have only 11,67 MB free. I can not delete anything because all my things are on the SD Card, pictures, videos.
How can make any upgrade to solve the problem with "other" part of my memory.

Move some apps to the SD card.
Connect your phone to a computer and check with windows explorer which files are still on internal memory and delete or move them to the SD card.
