Why my lumia 1320 crashes?

Regularly my lumia 1320 crashes. It turns off and restarts. Then a text read: there is a problem with your sd card. It should be scanned. I put yes. it scans. and soon it crashes again and every starts all over again. What to do? Change a phone? Bought the phone 6 months ago. In the beginning it did not do it. But during the last 2 months it does it every week several times.

1 Check your SD card on errors by placing it in the card reader from your PC and check the outcome.
2 Format your SD card in your phone.
3 If the errors come back change your SD card.
