How do I move apps photos etc. to the SD card of my Lumia phone?

I'm running out of phone memory with my Lumia phone (Windows 8). How do I move apps photos music and videos to the SD card?

For moving photos, music and videos you can use this app by Microsoft.

Files for Windows Phone

For apps, head to Settings > Storage Sense > Apps and move the ones you want one by one or even multiple selections to your SD Card.
