How do I deactivate voice control in Whatsapp?

Unable to use phone and deactivate voice control

I was playing in the Whatsapp settings and activated a voice control or voice over option and now I can't change it back. I'm unable to do any scrolling on my phone, so I can't access the precise option to change it back, also it won't react when I click on any of the (without scrolling accessible) whatsapp setting options.
I'm really desperate because I can only use my phone very limited or not at all now, I didn't find any information about this on the internet.
(I'm using a Lumia 520 on Win 8.1)
