How do i fix my lumia 630 when the screen starts to glitch alot and then it take to long to restart

when i am on my phone the screen starts to glitch then it starts to flicker then i tae the battery out then it starts to take to long to restart and then it restarts alot

Sometimes i have the same problem..on my Lumia 630
Maybe its some type of manufacturing complaint
