MDK22 New member Oct 17, 2013 1,375 0 0 Jan 25, 2015 #2 IF it has a removable battery? - remove the cover & pull the battery, count 10, then re-insert the battery IF NO removable battery - perform a soft reset = hold POWER & VOLUME DOWN until it vibrates (~~10 seconds), it'll restart.
