Why isn't my pc shutting down?

problem with pc shutdown

Got the windows10 preview on laptop. While clicking on the shutdown button , the shutdown process doesn't start and pc works as if no shutdown happening.suddenly after 10-15mins shutdown screen pops up and shutdown takes 15-20mins. How to fix

Open Device Manager and check for any missing drivers. In Control Panel make sure to examine Power options.
