1.why windows system is not open source system like Android???
2.is there is chances to make open source system in upcoming windows 10 update and give developer freedom to develop good app
3.if Android app allowed on windows 10 system then how system extract .apk to .xap

That's something you'd have to ask Microsoft.

Windows Central is not affiliated with Microsoft, so we would not have any information about the business strategy of Microsoft.

1. Windows, like Apple's OSX and iOS, are products created by businesses that want to control and profit from it. That's why there were created. Android was created, IIRC, as an open source system, and used by others.

2. While Windows will not be open sourced, you are free to create open source and cross platform programs.

3. Don't know.

Open source does not necessarily mean "free". RedHat Linux is not free, nor is SUSE Linux; yet both are open source. (The free versions are Fedora and openSUSE.)

While the Linux kernel is free (as with the Android kernel) you're actually paying for the services and support provided by those companies. With Microsoft and Apple, you always had to pay and never got the keys to the code.

don't worry about that. we cant really speculate about such specific details.
if that happens, that will not be necessary in my eyes, since BB can take APKs.

we cant tell you how to do something that currently isn't possible.
