How do you remove the lastest update on the windows nokia phone?

3 days ago my phone said to update, so I did. Bad mistake...something(s) is running constantly and drains my battery within hours. I just want it back to how it was prior to the updates.

Or you could go to settings - battery saver - swipe right to "usage" - check which apps are running in the background and draining your battery plus you can limit the amount of apps that can run in the background
