Please connect your phone for a few hours on your factory delivered charger. The battery may be totally flat and it takes some time to recover.

Your Operating System won't boot.

Either use a Hard Reset with the physical buttons: Nokia Lumia 520 hard reset

or better still (to correct any corrupted code)

Do a recovery with the Lumia Software Recovery Tool as outlined here: FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA
