Why aren't my downloaded apps working?

why my download apps not working? still 0%

i want download apps but not working, and i can't update my Windows 10 Technical Preview. still 0%.

Any time this has happened to me it was crappy wifi. Shut off wifi and try again

I suddenly could not download apps and install after I had set the SD as destination for downloads and installations. I could change it back to "Phone" and now it works again
Must be a bug in windows 8.1... SD card works fine for storing files but not for download.

That is not a bug. You can install apps on SD card but not all apps. Some of them need to be installed on the phone memory. One example of an app which has to be on internal memory is Gestures Beta. Because some settings are done in the app but if it was installed on SD card and you get the SD card out your OS may crash.
