Unable to download the apps and games

This is the 4th time I'm experiencing. Unable to download the apps and games on my L520 , it just displays pending. When it happened first time , I changed my outlook a/c password, then It resumed the download after verifying the new password. I did this when I faced the same issue for two more times. Again I'm facing the same issue. Can any solve this problem? Expecting permanent solution.

I'm afraid no one can offer you some permanent resolution, as this is a sporadic occurring glitch. What usually works for me is to cancel all pending downloads, restart the phone and start all downloads again.
