I don't receive messages from an iphone to my Nokia Lumina 635

I can send messages to an iPhone from my Nokia Lumina 635 but I can not receive them. How do I fix this? I have a lot of contacts with iPhones.

You need your iPhone friends to enable Send as SMS as well in imessage settings. It is not something you can fix on your end but a well known issue with imessage to certain carriers and phones.

Apparently Apple believes that once you have an iPhone you would never switch?!?!?!
