Why can't I hear people when they call me on Viber (Micromax Canvas Nitro)?

My Viber has an issue in Micromax Canvas Nitro

When someone makes a free call on my Viber, I get the ring and as I pick it up, I hear nothing. The callers say my phone keeps on ringing and I never pick it up. Can anyone help me please?
